  1. Participants are invited for THE MANAGEMENT, DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF AIRPORT GARDEN CAFETERIA AT THE BRUNEI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

     
  2. Tenders should be submitted by in a plain sealed envelope, bearing no indication of the name or logo of the Tenderers, marked:

  3. Tenders should be submitted accompanied with letters confirming that participants have read and understood all terms and conditions stated in Schedule B of the Tender Document.

     
  4. The closing date is on Tuesday, 25th August 2015 at 2.00 pm. Tenders received after the said date and time will be rejected.

     
  5. Detailed Tender documents can be obtained at the from the Finance Section, Ground Floor, Department of Civil Aviation Headquarter Building, Brunei International Airport, BB2513, Negara Brunei Darussalam during office hours (Monday to Thursday and Saturday) upon a non-refundable fee of  B$ 100.00.

     
  6. Participants are to submit Business registration Certificate including full details for example: copies of Identity Card or Passport of owner of the Company.

     
  7. The Government of Brunei Darussalam does not bind itself to accept the highest or any Tender. The precedence in the evaluation will be based on the company's reputation, image, quality of services to be offered, experience, and fulfillment of the tender requirements.

     
  8. Participants are required to indicate the amount of investment to be made for internal decoration and renovation works on the proposed area.

     
  9. Participants are to submit with their proposal a perspective drawing (3D computer printed) of the shop including a layout drawing of the proposed shop which has to be of international standard.

     
  10. Participants are to quote a monthly rent of not less than B$ 12,406.50.

     
  11. The tenancy period for the premise is five (5) years starting from the commencement date stated in the award letter.

     
  12. Business operational hours shall commence seven days a week, two hours prior to the departure time of the first departing flight until the departure time of the last departing flight of each day including public holidays.

     
  13. Each company shall wear proper attire / uniform in line with the standards of an International Airport

  1. Peserta-peserta adalah dipelawa untuk mengikuti tawaran THE MANAGEMENT, DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF AIRPORT GARDEN CAFETERIA AT THE BRUNEI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

     
  2. Tawaran hendaklah dihantar dalam sampul surat yang tertutup ditulis dengan tanpa menunjukkan identiti atau logo Syarikat:

  3. Tawaran hendaklah dihantar bersama-sama dengan surat pengakuan yang menyatakan bahawa Penender berkenaan telah membaca dan memahami segala syarat-syarat dan Peraturan ("Terms and Conditions") yang tercatat pada schedule B dari dokumen Tawaran.

     
  4. Tawaran hendaklah sampai kepada Pengerusi Lembaga Tawaran Kecil tidak lewat pada hari Selasa, 25 Ogos 2015, jam 2.00 petang. Tawaran yang diterima lewat dari tarikh dan masa yang ditetapkan tidak akan dilayan.

     
  5. Dokumen-dokumen Tawaran bolehlah didapati dari Bahagian Kewangan, Tingkat Bawah, Bangunan Ibu pejabat Jabatan Penerbangan Awam, Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Brunei BB2513, Negara Brunei Darussalam semasa hari-hari bekerja (Isnin hingga Khamis dan Sabtu) dengan harga B$ 100.00 (tidak dikembalikan).

     
  6. Peserta hendaklah menyertakan salinan Sijil Pendaftaran yang menyenaraikan butir- butir syarikat berkenaan berserta dengan salinan Kad Pengenalan atau Pasport Pemilik.

     
  7. Kerajaan Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan dan Yang Dipertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam tidak semestinya menerima tawaran yang tinggi atau lain-lain tawaran. Pengalaman, imej, reputasi, mutu perkhidmatan syarikat serta penunaian keperluan tawaran adalah juga menjadi keutamaan dalam penilaian tawaran.

     
  8. Setiap Tawaran hendaklah menyatakan jumlah pelaburan yang akan dibuat bagi kerja-kerja 'internal decorations' di tapak berkenaan.

     
  9. Peserta adalah dikehendaki menghadapkan 'perspective drawing (3D computer printed)' bagi kedai yang dimaksudkan termasuk 'floor plan' dengan imej yang bertaraf antarabangsa.

     
  10. Kadar sewa terendah yang dikenakan adalah B$ 12,406.50.

     
  11. Tempoh kontrek adalah lima (5) tahun bermula dari tarikh yang ditetapkan di dalam surat tawaran.

     
  12. Waktu beroperasi adalah tujuh hari dalam seminggu, dua jam sebelum waktu penerbangan pertama berlepas hingga waktu penerbangan terakhir berlepas setiap hari termasuk hari cuti awam.

     
  13. Peserta yang berjaya hendaklah mengenakan pakaian seragam bekerja yang bersesuaian dengan imej syarikat dan imej lapangan terbang antarabangsa.
