The Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) ia a governmental regulatory body on aviation matters, and responsible for the safe, secure and efficient operation and management of Brunei International Airport, the international gateway to Brunei Darussalam.

Our mission is to ensure safety and security are strictly maintained and adhered to regulations and guidelines in compliance with national laws and regulations as well as ICAO's Standard and Recommended practices.

Thus, our trusts and values are simply "3s, 2e and 1i". Which are: the three aspects of Safety, Security and Services, two aspects of Economy and Environment and one aspect of Identity and Image of Brunei Darussalam.
